***FIELDING SHOWCASE TEAMS FOR FALL 2023***
A sinner saved by Grace, a wife, a mother, coach and teacher.
Background: Graduated from McDowell High School 2000. Played soccer and softball at Louisburg College (2000-2002, Region 10 Player of the year 2001 (3B) & 2002 (SS) NJCAA All-American) and Tennessee State University (2002-2004, MIF, Academic All-American).
Once graduated from college, I was given the opportunity to teach and coach in the County I grew up in. I love being able to give back to younger generations. I strive to coach the entire Student-Athlete. Academics are just as important as your skill set in your sport.
I have been blessed to coach all of my players and have had the opportunity to coach 15 players that signed with 4 year schools and 7 players that signed with 2 year programs. Programs attended: USC Upstate, UNC Wilmington, Wingate, Montreat, Brevard, Caldwell CC, Brunswick CC, Lees McRae, Mars Hill, Emory & Henry, Indian River CC, Young Harris, Catawba Valley CC, Gaston CC, and more.
Even more of a blessing is having 3 of which have now coached along side with me (2 still with our program).
Beliefs: Jesus Christ being my personal Savior. Christian Values with family first mentality. Use your gifts that God has given you to the best of your ability. Trying to be the person I needed when I was in HS.
