We live by our motto. Resilience is the ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. Life, like softball, will do what it can to push you to your limits. We use softball as a platform to help players understand failure, how to adapt to change, and how to plant their roots to keep pushing forward.
The purpose of the Carolina Prospects is to help equip high school softball players with the tools to lay the foundation for their future careers.

Carolina Prospects nurtures a healthy winning environment by teaching players how to compete at 100% effort without fear of failing.
Carolina Prospects has one goal: find the right fit for each player to pursue their dreams at the college level. The days of the trophies are over and we want each player to understand who they are and what their future holds. Carolina Prospects is comprised of a coaching staff with collegiate and professional experience- giving your player the best chance to play college softball.
